Who it is for
Postpartum parents who want to run again and would rather follow a plan than guess. Whether you are eyeing a first 5K or a half marathon, the programs pair the running itself with the strength work and the pelvic health education that usually gets skipped.
Not sure you are ready? Start free
Elevate offer a free Run Readiness Screening Tool, a self-assessment you can use to check where you are before you commit to anything. It is the sensible first step, and it costs nothing.

Before you start
Get medical clearance before beginning any postpartum running program. If you are unsure whether your body is ready, the free screening tool above is a good place to begin, and a pelvic health assessment will tell you more. If you would like that assessment with us, get in touch.
Who built it
ReNew is a collaboration between Elevate Women’s Health and Core Connection Mobile Physiotherapy, built by two pelvic health physiotherapists who between them work with runners and with postpartum bodies every day.
