Perinatal Program
$242 / 60 Min
Services Include:
Pelvic health physiotherapy during pregnancy and the postpartum period, including labour preparation.
Pelvic Health Programs
$242 / 60 Min
Services Include:
Pelvic floor physiotherapy for incontinence, overactive bladder, pelvic pain, vaginismus, vulvodynia, prolapse, constipation, and diastasis recti.
Physiotherapy Programs
$202 / 60 Min
Services Include:
Physiotherapy for women's active rehabilitation, post-operative recovery, pelvic-adjacent hip and core dysfunction, orthopedic care, and chronic pain management.
Kinesiology Programs
$135 + GST / 60 Min
Services Include:
Active rehabilitation, prenatal and postpartum conditioning, strength training for bone density and menopause support, and post-operative recovery delivered by a certified Kinesiologist.
