In-Home Perinatal Program
Comprehensive physiotherapy through pregnancy and the postpartum journey. We help you move comfortably, prepare for birth, and recover with confidence, without leaving home with a newborn.

What to Expect & What We Do:
Depending on your needs, your session may include screening of the back, hips, pelvis, and abdominal wall, evaluation of core and pelvic floor function, diastasis recti assessment, breathing and pressure management strategies, exercise prescription, and education to support pregnancy, birth preparation, postpartum recovery, and return to activity.
In-Home Pelvic Health Programs
Discreet, compassionate pelvic health physiotherapy in the privacy of your own home. Our physiotherapists provide individualized, evidence-informed care through all stages of life. All care is delivered using a trauma-informed, consent-based approach, ensuring you feel safe, respected, and in control throughout your treatment.

What to Expect & What We Do:
Your assessment may include a detailed discussion of your symptoms, goals, and health history, along with evaluation of your breathing, posture, movement patterns, hips, core, and pelvic floor function. Internal pelvic floor assessment is available when appropriate and is always optional, performed only with your informed consent. Treatment may include education, exercise prescription, bladder and bowel strategies, manual therapy, pelvic floor muscle retraining, and guidance to help you return to the activities that matter most to you.

ICBC & WorkSafeBC Rehabilitation Programs
Recovering from a motor vehicle accident or workplace injury? We provide direct-billed in-home physiotherapy and rehabilitation services to help women and gender-diverse individuals recover safely and confidently in their own environment. Our team can help you regain mobility, reduce pain, rebuild strength, and return to the activities that matter most to you.
ICBC In-Home Rehabilitation
Have you recently been involved in a motor vehicle accident and are having difficulty leaving your home for treatment? If you are unable to drive, have mobility limitations, or are recovering from orthopedic, neurological, pelvic health, or soft tissue injuries related to your accident, our physiotherapists and kinesiologists can provide rehabilitation in your home.
In-home treatment requires approval from ICBC and must be authorized by your adjuster before services begin.
WorkSafeBC In-Home Rehabilitation
Have you recently experienced a workplace injury and are having difficulty accessing clinic-based care? If your injury, mobility limitations, work demands, or recovery needs make attending appointments challenging, our physiotherapists and kinesiologists can provide rehabilitation in your home.
Treatment may focus on pain management, mobility, strength, balance, functional recovery, return-to-work goals, and rebuilding confidence in daily activities.
In-home treatment requires approval from WorkSafeBC and must be authorized by your claim owner before services begin.
