Care may include gentle scar mobilization, guidance on desensitization, and a simple home program to keep your progress going between visits — always at a pace you're comfortable with.

Yes. This is an in-home service — your physiotherapist comes to you. It's currently offered across Central Victoria, the Westshore, and North Vancouver.

Each visit is 45 minutes and costs $189 — the same rate for your initial assessment and any follow-up visits.
When can I start scar physiotherapy after my C-section?+
Scar work begins once your incision has fully healed and you've been cleared by your care provider. If you're not sure whether you're ready, book a free discovery call and we'll help you decide.
Is it covered by insurance?+
Many extended health plans cover physiotherapy. Check your plan for in-home or mobile physiotherapy coverage — we're happy to provide a receipt for reimbursement.
